We are looking for a passionate, commercially minded Marketing Manager to step into a uniquely impactful role. This is not a purely D2C position; you will be the connective tissue bringing our brand identity to life across wholesale partners, our in-person retail boutique, and mission-driven community relationships.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

- Wholesale Integration & Key Accounts: Lead and scale our B2B marketing strategy. You will proactively build ties and unique activations with major accounts like Revolve and ASOS, while supporting independent boutiques with localised trunk shows and community touch points. Crucially, you’ll ensure in-store wholesale moments (like influencer brunches and bead bars) are captured and handed over to our trade and social teams for maximum amplification.
- Retail Advocacy (HQ2 Boutique): Establish and own the in-person retail marketing strategy for our growing HQ2 Boutique. You’ll champion this physical space to drive local foot traffic, community engagement, and lasting customer loyalty.
- Purpose-Led Partnerships & Brand Missions: Act as the dedicated voice and cheerleader for our core brand missions and partners.



You will ensure our purpose-driven work is actively celebrated while anchoring core brand narratives like "The Girl Who Goes First" across our campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver In Line With the Marketing Calendar: Ensure all wholesale, retail, and partnership campaigns are planned and delivered seamlessly and on time in alignment with our master marketing calendar.
- Lead End-to-End Campaign Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally across Creative, PR, Social, and Digital to brief and execute cohesive launches across collection drops, sales periods, and restocks.
- Support B2B & Retail Commercial Growth: Partner closely with sales and wholesale teams to create collateral and marketing activations that support B2B revenue, wholesale partners, and retail sell-through.
- Bridge In-Store to Social: Ensure wholesale events and in-person retail moments are captured and packaged for digital amplification across trade and social channels.
- Track Impact & KPIs: Utilise reporting from digital and social teams to optimise upcoming activations and meet brand benchmarks.
- Lead & Mentor: Support, lead, and develop direct reports and wider marketing team members as appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in marketing within fashion, apparel, or eCommerce, with demonstrated exposure across B2B/wholesale, trade, and brand marketing.
- A proactive relationship builder with experience working alongside major accounts, independent retailers, and brand/philanthropic partners.
- Strong campaign and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a rapid, agile environment.
- A commercially curious mindset with the ability to turn data and community insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
