We're seeking an Operations Manager to assist us in building, refining, and executing internal processes throughout the business. You'll be responsible for developing, organising and operating the internal workflows that support our creative work and team. The successful candidate can look forward to joining a young, passionate, tight-knit team of talented team players who excel at what they do.

This is a agile role, best suited to someone who is exceptionally organised and looking for responsibility, growth and tangible influence across a breadth of functions within a small, scaling brand. The role will be based from our Enmore studio.

3 Key Must-Haves:

- A minimum of 2 years experience developing, implementing, improving and executing internal processes within a scaling business across a range of operational functions
- A minimum of 1 years experience in developing and implementing internal processes within scaling businesses
- Proactive attitude and exceptional organisation skills

Responsibilities:

Operations and Process Management





- Develop, implement, improve and execute internal processes across a range of operational functions within a scaling business
- Coordinate the monthly release of new class dates and timetables
- Oversee booking processes for Wedding Band Classes and Group / Private / Corporate workshops

Team Management

- Conduct weekly check-ins with studio managers, team leads and workshop teachers to improve operational efficiency
- Refine and assist the administration of staff hiring, onboarding and training systems
- Administer and update teaching rosters routinely
- Administer and refine feedback systems with teachers

General Administration

- Help administer fortnightly payroll
- Reconcile monthly receiptsConduct Xero invoicing on an ad-hoc basis
- Preferred experience with Xero accounting software for invoicing tasks
- Administer procurement systems and liaise with key suppliers for tooling and material requirements
- Coordinate insurance renewals and payments
