Join Precision Radiology & Pain WA, an esteemed, family-owned radiology practice located in Wembley, Perth. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care and are currently experiencing an exciting phase of growth. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a part-time role at our Wembley office.

This is more than just an administrative position. We are looking for an all-rounder who is proactive, adaptable and interested in contributing to all aspects of the practice, including administration, patient coordination, reception and general practice support. Job Highlights:

- Warmly welcome and assist patients at the front desk, handling registrations and inquiries.

- Manage end-to-end patient visits, including invoicing, payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

- Coordinate clinical appointments via phone and email.

- Juggle multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.

- Adapt and excel in using Gentu and COMRAD software.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders like GPs, Allied Health professionals,



and Pathology/Radiology companies.

- Assist technical staff when required with patient care.

- Preferably but not required to have experience in the medical world and know your way around COMRAD and Gentu.

- Someone who is excited to learn new skills beyond the front desk.
