This isn't your typical desk job. We're looking for someone who loves a chat, thrives on connecting with people and wants to make a real difference in our members' fitness journeys. You'll be part of a fun, supportive team that works together, celebrates wins and is passionate about creating an incredible club experience.

You'll work closely with our Club Manager to keep the club buzzing, help grow the business, build relationships within the local community and make sure every member who walks through our doors feels welcome.

? WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Every day is different! Your role will include:

- Sales & Growth: Helping drive membership sales, generating leads and referrals, and working towards club targets.
- Member Experience: Greeting members, building relationships and making everyone feel like part of the Anytime Fitness family.
- Social Media: Creating engaging Facebook and Instagram content,



appearing in reels and helping showcase what makes our club special.
- Community Outreach: Connecting with local businesses, building partnerships and getting our club's name out there.
- Member Retention: Checking in with members, encouraging inactive members to get back on track and helping people stay motivated.
- Club Operations: Supporting the Club Manager with administration, daily processes and keeping the club clean, tidy and looking its best.
- Club Culture: Bringing positive energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping make our club somewhere people genuinely love to train.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We don't necessarily need you to have years of sales experience, but we absolutely need you to have the right attitude! You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have an outgoing, friendly personality and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
- Are passionate about delivering OUTSTANDING customer service.
- Have confidence using Facebook and Instagram and aren't afraid to jump in front of the camera!
- Are motivated by goals, targets and achieving results.
- Have great communication skills and can build relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Are organised, switched on and have strong computer and administration skills.
- Can work independently, take initiative and get things done without needing to be constantly supervised.
- Are a team player who brings enthusiasm, accountability and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining a clean, skilled and welcoming club.




- Have a genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.
- Understand that a successful gym takes more than great equipment — it takes great people, great service and a team that cares.

Sales experience is preferred but not essential. We'll back the right person who has the personality, drive and willingness to learn.

- Position: Casual Member Care / Sales Team Member
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Availability: Monday to Saturday, with Saturday availability essential
- Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate
