What You'll Be Doing

As a Merchandise Allocator, you'll be at the heart of our inventory management process, helping maximise sales opportunities by ensuring our stores have the stock they need to succeed.

- Manage stock allocations across Lovisa's global store network.
- Ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to support sales performance.
- Coordinate stock transfers between stores and regions.
- Support the rollout of new collections, promotions, and weekly planogram updates.
- Analyse stock-to-sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory data and reporting.
- Work closely with Merchandise, Operations, and Store teams to resolve stock-related queries.
- Contribute to exciting projects that support Lovisa's continued global growth.

About You You're highly organised, naturally analytical, and enjoy turning data into action.
