Role: Metal Manufacturing Operator ANZSIC CODE 839111 Classification: Manufacturing Award C11 Rate: 55,000 - 65,000 AUD/Year
Location: Toowoomba QLD 4350 Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week Monday- Friday but hours may change for shift work or weekends Full time ongoing position (6 months or more)
Approximate start date - January 2027 Open Vacancy: 10 :
-Operating and setting up manufacturing machinery and production equipment within the worker's competency. -Processing, shaping, cutting and assembling steel and metal products. -Performing metal fabrication and assembly activities using appropriate tools and equipment.
-Reading and following basic production specifications and measurements.
-Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing requirements. -Assisting with production workflow and material preparation.
-Operating forklifts and material handling equipment where appropriately licensed and authorised. -Assisting with loading, unloading and distribution of manufactured products. -Identifying basic production issues and assisting with routine equipment adjustments.
-Performing general factory, warehouse and operational duties. -Undertaking other reasonable manufacturing and production activities consistent with the worker's skills and classification. MS Word CV's only with contact details included will be reviewed
