We're looking for experienced Data Engineers to join our growing technology team and contribute to the ongoing development of our data platform.

Data is becoming increasingly key to how we operate, make decisions and deliver value across the business. We're investing in the technology, people and processes needed to build a scalable and reliable data environment.

These are hands-on positions with the opportunity to influence how our data solutions are designed, built and maintained.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Developing cloud-based data solutions to support analytics and reporting.
- Working with SQL, Python and modern data engineering technologies.
- Designing and optimising data models for performance and reliability.
- Improving data quality, pipeline monitoring and automated testing.
- Collaborating with software engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.
- Contributing to technical design decisions and engineering standards.





What We're Looking For

- Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience with AWS (ideally), Azure or GCP.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, dbt or similar modern data technologies.
- Understanding of data modelling, orchestration and cloud architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control and engineering best practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering quality solutions.
