Working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care while helping establish a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Available Positions

Assistant Director - ECT (Full-Time)

Support the Centre Director in leading the overall operations of the centre, mentoring educators, maintaining compliance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care.





Educational Leader - ECT (Full-Time)

Lead and guide the educational program across the centre, mentor educators in curriculum planning and implementation, and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.

Diploma Room Leaders (Full-Time)

Lead and support your room team to deliver engaging, play-based educational programs, build meaningful relationships with families and create a positive learning environment for children.

Certificate III Educators (Full-Time)

Work collaboratively with your team to implement engaging learning experiences, support children's daily routines and wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.

Cook

Prepare nutritious and balanced meals for children, catering to individual dietary requirements and allergies while maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

About You We are looking for passionate and committed individuals who are excited to be part of a new centre and share our commitment to quality early childhood education and care.



Depending On The Position, You Will Have

- Assistant Director: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), with previous leadership experience in an early learning setting.
- Educational Leader: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), with experience in curriculum development and educational leadership.
- Diploma Room Leaders: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), with previous experience leading or supporting a room team.
- Certificate III Educators: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
- Cook: Previous experience in a Cook or similar role, preferably within an early childhood education setting.

Food Safety

Supervisor certification will be highly regarded.

All Educator Positions Will Require

- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), relevant to the position
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
