As we expand our footprint across Southeast Queensland, we are looking for passionate, fully qualified, and self-sufficient trade professionals to join our mobile team.

What the Role Demands We provide autonomy and flexibility, but our brand reputation is paramount. We are looking for stylists who take immense pride in their craft,



carry themselves with professional maturity, and bring genuine empathy to every home they visit.

- Trade Qualification: Nationally recognized Certificate III in Hairdressing (mandatory).
- Salon Experience: Minimum 2–3 years post-qualification floor experience. You must be completely confident across all technical services—precision cutting, men’s grooming, permanent color, foils, and styling.
- Autonomy & Critical Thinking: Comfortable operating independently without supervision, managing appointment timing, and delivering consistently high technical standards.
- Presentation Standards: As the face of Studio Aircuts, professional personal presentation is essential, reflecting modern salon standards.
- Logistics & Clearances: Reliable, registered personal vehicle and a valid Australian Driver’s License. Current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive, unhurried consultations to tailor every service to the client’s needs.
- Execute complete salon-grade cutting, coloring, and styling services in home and care environments.
- Maintain all supplied equipment and kit stock to strict hygiene and professional standards.
- Use our digital scheduling app to track travel, log shifts, and upload service photos.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to seniors,



vulnerable individuals, and NDIS participants.

- Do you have a completed, nationally recognized Certificate III in Hairdressing?
- Do you have a valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable, registered personal vehicle?
- Do you currently hold, or are you immediately willing to obtain, a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance?
- Do you have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience working on a salon floor?
- Are you comfortable working completely independently and driving between client appointments across Brisbane?
- Do you own and maintain your own professional hairdressing tools (including scissors, clippers, and electricals)?
- Are you comfortable, confident, and patient working with seniors, NDIS participants, and vulnerable individuals in their private homes?
- Are you physically able to safely carry and set up a professional mobile hairdressing kit (including a portable basin) multiple times a day?
- Are you willing to adhere to strict, premium personal presentation and hygiene standards for every shift?
