Your new role

As a Mortgage Broker, you'll help clients achieve their property and financial goals while building your own referral network and portfolio. Supported by experienced brokers, dedicated administration, and loan processing teams, you'll be able to focus on client relationships, business development, and delivering tailored lending solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Manage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
- Assess client needs and structure tailored lending solutions
- Research lender policies and present suitable finance options
- Prepare and submit quality lending applications and supporting documentation
- Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities across residential, commercial, and asset finance




- Maintain compliance with responsible lending obligations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending journey

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in banking, lending, finance, credit, or mortgage broking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping clients
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
