Become a Settlements expert at My Mortgage Freedom, a leading mortgage broking company based in South Melbourne, VIC. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless property settlements for our clients, supporting them through one of the most important financial transactions of their lives.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end settlements process, from formal approval to settlement
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to coordinate all settlement activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the process
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our settlements processes
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a settlements, within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support your work
- Knowledge of relevant property and settlements legislation and regulations
