As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our professional team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role We are looking for a qualified and motivated Nail Technician to provide high-quality nail and beauty services across a broad range of techniques and treatments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a professional who takes pride in their craft and is dedicated to creating outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Confirm and check daily bookings, products, and service requirements Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs Provide a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, nail art, and hand/foot treatments Provide advice on nail care, maintenance, and suitable beauty products Perform detailed nail art (including 3D, character design, chrome layering) Work efficiently in a fast paced environment Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with WHS standards Liaise effectively with clients, team members,
and management Uphold professional standards and industry best practices Support and collaborate with other team members Recommend additional salon services where appropriate Assist in training junior staff where required Assist with basic social media content creation creation (e.g. Instagram reels and photos, and basic video skills) Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must meet one of the following qualification and experience criteria: AQF Certificate III in Nail Technology (including at least 2 years of on-the-job training), or AQF Certificate IV in Nail Technology, or At least 3 years of relevant nail technician experience In addition, applicants must have: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the nail or beauty industry Demonstrated active listening and strong customer service skills Manual dexterity and precision in executing nail techniques Critical thinking, sound judgment, and clear decision-making ability Effective time management and coordination skills Preferred but not required: Bilingual skills (English/Korean) How to Apply Qualified and interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications to: ??
