We are now seeking an accomplished National HSEQ Manager to build on this strong foundation and lead the next stage of our health, safety, environment and quality journey. The opportunity

Based in Port Macquarie and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead our National HSEQ function, providing strategic direction and practical support across our operations. Working in partnership with operational leaders, frontline teams and key stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen risk management and ensure our HSEQ systems remain effective,



practical and aligned with our business objectives. Most importantly, you will champion a proactive culture where everyone feels empowered to take responsibility, speak up and look out for one another.

About you

You are an experienced HSEQ leader who understands that exceptional safety performance is built through people, leadership and consistent behaviours, not just policies and procedures.

You will bring

- Demonstrated experience in a senior HSEQ management role, ideally within a multi-site, operational or high-risk industry.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders while building trust and credibility with frontline employees.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to safety leadership, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of relevant WHS Legislation, Integrated Management Systems, incident investigation and audit processes.
- Experience developing and implementing National HSEQ strategies and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- A proactive mindset, sound judgement and the confidence to challenge unsafe practices constructively.
- Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related discipline.
