At Cas Health, we’re a small, values-driven OT business supporting adults and older adults living with physical and cognitive disabilities across Melbourne’s Northern & Western Suburbs. We work with NDIS, TAC and Support at Home clients, helping people live independently, achieve their goals and age with dignity.

We’re looking for a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join us in February 2027. If you’re keen to learn, enjoy getting to know people and want a team you can turn to for advice, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Description In this community-based role, you’ll support clients in their homes and communities, developing your skills across:

-Assistive technology

-Home modifications

-Functional assessments

-Capacity and skill building

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. With supervision and guidance from experienced OTs, you’ll build your clinical skills and confidence as you settle into practice.

Service area: Melbourne’s North and/or West, with travel reimbursed.

What you’ll need

-An Occupational Therapy qualification, with AHPRA registration in place before you start

-A Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable car

-An interest in working with adults and older adults in the community

-A willingness to learn, ask questions and take on feedback

-A genuine commitment to helping people achieve what matters to them

Previous NDIS or aged care experience isn’t required. We know you’re starting out, and we’re interested in the attitude and care you bring to the role.
