Banking is a highly regulated and rapidly changing industry. We are looking for someone who can bring independent judgement, strategic perspective and sound governance to our Board.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished director with senior executive leadership experience in a customer-facing commercial organisation, with experience in one or both of the following areas:
- Customer proposition, brand, growth strategy and digital channels; or
- Digital, technology-enabled or organisational transformation.
You will bring a strong record of contributing at Board level and the ability to translate your executive experience into effective governance, oversight and strategic guidance.
A solid connection to Tasmania and alignment with Bank of us values are important. We are looking for someone with established networks who can represent the Bank and build relationships across the State.
