The Chance

We’re urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the Eastern Region (Maroubra/Randwick). In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community. What You’ll Be Doing - Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement - Delivering personal care with dignity and respect - Supporting with domestic tasks - Community Access What You’ll Get - Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders - Paid induction and continuous training - Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, between 7am–6pm) - Minimum 3-4 days availability required - What We’re Looking For - Caring, empathetic,
