We're looking for an Occupational Therapist with several years of experience who is confident working independently, managing their own caseload, and making clinical decisions while still valuing the support of an experienced local clinicians, regular clinical supervision and connection with a team-oriented team.

The Role
You'll provide community-based Occupational Therapy services with the flexibility to tailor your caseload based on your experience and interests, including:
- NDIS
- Support at Home & Restorative Care Program
- Paeds, adults or a mix
- Functional assessments
- Assistive Technology and home modifications
You'll have the autonomy to manage your diary and clinical approach, supported by strong systems, clear workflows and clinical guidance within a collaborative team environment.

About You
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:
- Experienced and confident working autonomously in community practice
- Motivated, proactive and driven to make a difference
- Comfortable managing their own caseload and clinical decision-making
- Strong in communication, documentation and report writing
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care
- AHPRA registered
- Holds a current Drivers Licence
