Superyou Therapy

Perth

You’ve built your clinical foundations as an Occupational Therapist. Now you’re thinking about what comes next.

Maybe you want to deepen your clinical expertise, work with more complex presentations or develop a specialisation. Perhaps you’re ready to mentor emerging clinicians, influence how services are delivered or start exploring leadership.

Whatever your next step looks like, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your wellbeing to get there.

At Superyou, we’ve intentionally designed our clinical model around two things we think matter:

Grow a career you can sustain. Belong to a team where your work matters.

We’re looking for Occupational Therapists across mid-level and senior experience levels, and we’ll shape the opportunity around your experience, interests and where you want your career to go.

Why OTs choose Superyou

- Build experience across complex functional presentations and develop areas of specialisation, including paediatrics, mental health, SIL/SDA and assistive technology.
- Access Elevate career development and our Accelerate Leadership Program when you're ready.
- Mentor and support emerging clinicians as your experience develops.
- Contribute to clinical frameworks, governance, practice resources and service improvement.
- Explore clear pathways from Occupational Therapist → Senior Occupational Therapist → Team Leader → Clinical Lead and beyond.
- $1,000 annual professional development budget plus 3 paid study days.
- Realistic billable expectations that recognise experience and caseload complexity.
- Protected non-clinical time for planning, supervision, professional development and administration.
- Administrative support so more of your time can be spent doing the work you trained to do.
- Caseloads matched to your capability, interests and development goals.
- A focus on quality, clinical reasoning and outcomes, not simply volume.

Flexibility that actually works

Life doesn’t always fit neatly around a traditional working week, so we offer:

- 9-day fortnight option
- Full-time and part-time arrangements.
- Genuine hybrid working across clinic, community and telehealth.
- Flexible start and finish times.
- 3 additional Superyou Days on top of annual leave.
- Multiple clinic locations across Perth, including Wanneroo, Bassendean, Cannington, Fremantle and Mandurah.

You’ll have access to:
- Regular clinical supervision tailored to your experience and development goals.

- Peer consultation with experienced clinicians across a multidisciplinary team.
- A clinical community where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are encouraged.
- Leaders who actively seek clinician feedback and want people to speak up.
- A psychologically safe environment where we can have honest conversations, learn when things don't go to plan and celebrate what is working.

What you’ll do

Depending on your experience and career stage, you’ll:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings.
- Undertake assessments, develop meaningful goals and deliver evidence-based intervention.
- Work across home, school, workplace, clinic and community environments.
- Collaborate with families, support networks and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes beyond the therapy room.
- Develop your clinical interests and areas of specialisation.
- Participate in professional development and Superyou's clinical community of practice.

As your experience grows, there are opportunities to:
- Lead more complex cases and apply advanced clinical reasoning.
- Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to emerging clinicians.
- Contribute to practice resources, frameworks, clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Influence how Occupational Therapy services develop across Superyou.
- Explore formal leadership or advanced clinical career pathways.

What we’re looking for

We’re open to different levels of experience, but you'll ideally bring:

- Around 2+ years post-registration experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to work with increasing autonomy.
- A commitment to neuroaffirming, person-centred practice.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- A current WA driver's licence.

For appointment at Senior Occupational Therapist level, we’ll also be looking for demonstrated experience managing more complex presentations and ideally some experience, or a strong interest, in mentoring, supervision,

clinical governance or service development. Experience in NDIS-funded services, telehealth or areas such as sensory integration, mental health or assistive technology is highly regarded, but you don't need to tick every box to start a conversation with us.

The practical stuff matters too

Alongside meaningful work and career development, we offer:

- Competitive above-award salary, aligned to experience.
- $14,400 vehicle allowance per annum.
- Access to up to $18,500 salary packaging to help maximise take-home pay.
- $3,000 welcome bonus for eligible new employees.*
- $3,000 employee referral bonus for successful referrals.
- $1,000 annual professional development budget.
- 3 paid study days.
- 3 additional Superyou Days on top of annual leave.
- 9-day fortnight, part-time and hybrid working options.
- Relocation assistance available for interstate candidates.

*Terms and conditions apply. Welcome bonus is not available to candidates referred through recruitment agencies.

A place to belong

No two clinicians are the same, and we don't want them to be. At Superyou, we value neuroaffirming practice, inclusion, collaboration and the different experiences people bring to our organisation.

You'll work alongside passionate clinicians who care about great outcomes while being recognised for how you show up as a person, not just your clinical metrics.

We actively welcome applications from People with Disability, First Nations People, LGBTIQA+ people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Ready for what’s next?

You don't need to have your entire career mapped out. Maybe you want to become a brilliant senior clinician. Maybe you want to specialise. Maybe leadership interests you down the track. Or maybe you simply want to do great clinical work somewhere that gives you the flexibility and support to keep doing it.

Grow a career you can sustain. Belong to a team where your work matters.

Email [email protected] or visit superyou.org.au/careers.

Send us your CV and tell us a little about what you're looking for next. If you're considering moving to WA, we'd also love to talk to you about relocation support.

Superyou is committed to creating a safe and inclusive workplace. Roles are subject to relevant screening requirements, including NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check requirements and Superyou's Child Safety and Safeguarding frameworks.
