About the Role

As our Office Junior, you'll begin your career as a valued member of our Solutions Support Team. This is a hands-on development role where you'll receive training across customer service, account management, and business operations, building the skills and knowledge needed to contribute to the success of our Key Accounts Team. You'll work closely with experienced team members, gaining exposure to our customers, systems, and processes while developing a strong foundation for future career growth.

What You'll Do

This is much more than a traditional junior administration role. As part of our Solutions Support Team, you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring while learning how customer service, account management, inventory coordination, and business operations work together. You'll build valuable skills, take on increasing responsibility, and become an key contributor to the team.

- Learn the Business: Develop an understanding of our products, customers, systems, and processes.
- Support Our Customers: Assist with customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional service.
- Process Orders:



Help enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work with Business Systems: Learn to use Microsoft Office, Odoo, and other business software.
- Assist with Inventory & Logistics: Support stock management, order fulfilment, consignment processes, and product movements.
- Help Solve Problems: Work with team members to investigate issues and find practical solutions.
- Coordinate Returns & Exchanges: Assist with processing returns, replacements, and stock adjustments.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure customer, inventory, and order information is kept up to date.
- Build Strong Relationships: Work closely with customers and colleagues across different areas of the business.
- Develop New Skills: Take part in ongoing training and learning opportunities as you grow within the role.
- Be Part of the Team: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused workplace.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and keen to learn. You don’t need extensive experience, attitude is just as important as skill.

We’d love someone who

- Has strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)

- Brings a friendly personality and a valuable sense of humour

Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential.
