AllianceCorp Property Experts

Melbourne

Built Better. Together.

At AllianceCorp, we're helping everyday Australians build wealth through property. As a family-run, full-service property investment consultancy, we bring everything under one roof, from finance and property strategy through to property selection, acquisitions, contracts, settlement and ongoing support.

We're proud to be ranked #13 Best Place to Work in Australia, and it's easy to see why. We're a team that enjoys coming to work, looks out for one another and celebrates the wins along the way. We value people who take initiative, bring ideas to the table and take pride in what they do. You'll be joining a business where your contribution is noticed, your work is valued and you're trusted to make things happen.

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of our Melbourne office and provide essential support across accounts and finance administration. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll play an important role in keeping our workplace organised, our compliance requirements up to date and our financial administration running smoothly.

About the Role

This is more than a traditional Office Manager position. Alongside taking ownership of our Melbourne office and premises, you'll be responsible for a range of accounts and finance administration, including reconciliations, accounts payable, invoicing and debtor management.

You'll also oversee important licensing, registration and insurance requirements, provide executive support to our CFO and assist with projects across the business.

Working closely with our Group Projects & Operations Manager, CFO and wider accounts team, you'll be the person who keeps things organised, deadlines on track and the finer details taken care of.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right and is just as comfortable managing office operations as working through accounts, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have a broad range of responsibilities across office management, compliance and accounts administration, including:

- Own the Office: Take responsibility for the day-to-day running, presentation and organisation of our Melbourne office. Oversee supplies, kitchen facilities, cleaning, meeting room preparation, catering and general office requirements.
- Manage Compliance and Renewals: Keep REA licensing, client licensing requirements, business registrations, vehicle registrations and insurance policies up to date, ensuring key deadlines are never missed.
- Support Accounts and Finance: Manage the accounts inbox, complete financial data entry, prepare and send client invoices, process accounts payable and assist with month-end requirements.
- Keep Accounts Reconciled: Complete bank and accounts payable reconciliations, maintain accurate Xero contacts and supplier records, and support the wider accounts team with reporting and administration.
- Manage Debtors and Creditors: Follow up outstanding customer payments, manage debt collection, process credit applications and maintain positive supplier and creditor relationships.
- Provide Executive and Project Support: Assist our CFO with executive administration and expense budget oversight, while providing project coordination support to our Group Projects & Operations Manager as required.

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership across a varied workload.

You'll bring

- 5+ years' experience in an office management, accounts administration or similar support role.

- Working knowledge of Xero or equivalent accounting software.
- Practical experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable and creditor management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across office operations, compliance and finance.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing financial records, licensing requirements and important deadlines.
- Confidence providing executive support and handling confidential financial information.
- A hands-on approach, strong initiative and the ability to work independently.

Experience within the construction or property industry would be advantageous, but isn't essential. Why AllianceCorp?

- #13 Best Place to Work in Australia. Join a workplace that values teamwork, ambition, innovation and celebrating success.
- Learn and grow. Benefit from structured onboarding, ongoing coaching and opportunities to continue developing your skills.
- Build your future. Grow your experience across office operations, accounts and business administration, with opportunities to develop your career.
- Be part of something bigger. Work closely with leaders across the business and make a genuine contribution to how we operate.
- More than just work. Enjoy regular team events and activities organised by our Social Committee.
- Invest in your future. Access our full end-to-end property services at no cost, along with business-funded parental leave.

Ready to Take Ownership? If you're someone who loves keeping things organised, takes pride in the details and enjoys having a hand in different parts of the business, we'd love to hear from you. Join a team where your contribution matters and help us keep building better, together.

Built Better. Together.
