As we prepare to launch our Australian operations, we are looking for a hands-on and experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to help establish and manage our local supply chain and logistics operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Manager to manage the day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations of RIMAN Australia.

The role will focus on three key areas: demand and supply planning, import and customs coordination, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.

Working closely with our Korean headquarters, local management and external logistics partners, you will ensure the efficient flow of products from Korea to our Australian customers.

As part of a newly established business, you will take a hands-on approach to daily operations while helping develop processes and systems to support future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning

- Prepare and maintain monthly SKU-level demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions and business plans.

- Coordinate replenishment orders and inventory planning with Korean headquarters.

- Monitor stock availability, safety stock levels, product expiry dates and inventory performance.

- Work with local Sales and Marketing teams and HQ Supply Chain Management to support demand and supply planning.

Import & Customs Coordination

- Coordinate inbound shipments from Korea, working closely with freight forwarders and licensed customs brokers.





- Manage import documentation and support timely customs clearance and delivery.

- Coordinate with HQ and external specialists to support compliance with relevant Australian import and product regulations.

- Monitor import-related costs, including freight, customs duties and associated charges.

3PL & Logistics Management

- Manage day-to-day relationships and operations with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

- Oversee inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfilment, deliveries and returns.

- Monitor 3PL service levels, delivery performance, inventory accuracy and logistics costs.

- Resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, delivery delays and order fulfilment errors.

- Coordinate stocktakes, inventory reconciliation and lot/expiry management.

- Review logistics performance reports and 3PL invoices.

Operational Processes & Reporting

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and inventory operations.

- Support ERP/SAP operations and integration with 3PL warehouse management systems.

- Prepare regular inventory, logistics and operational performance reports.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality and cost management.

- Work closely with local management and Korean headquarters to support business growth.

About You

We are looking for a practical, organised and solutions-focused professional who is comfortable working independently in a growing business environment.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management.





- Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning and stock replenishment.

- Practical experience coordinating imports into Australia, including working with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

- Proven experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and order fulfilment operations.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

- Experience with ERP, inventory or order management systems.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of day-to-day operations.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, FMCG, e-commerce or direct selling.

- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.

- Experience establishing new logistics operations or onboarding a 3PL provider.

- Knowledge of Australian customs, import and product compliance requirements.

- Experience working with international headquarters or overseas suppliers.

- Korean language skills would be an advantage.
