What you'll be doing

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the team has the support, direction and resources needed to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality service.

Your responsibilities will include

- Lead, coach and develop the field-based operational team

- Drive productivity, service quality and day-to-day operational performance

- Manage labour efficiency, operational costs, resources and assets

- Maintain strong safety standards and manage operational risk

- Resolve service issues and maintain strong customer outcomes

- Work with scheduling,



sales and regional leadership to achieve branch KPIs and continuously improve operations

About you

We're looking for someone who knows how to lead from the front, build a strong team and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

You'll ideally bring

- Previous experience in operations management, service management or team leadership

- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing employees

- Strong operational planning and problem-solving skills

- Experience managing performance, productivity and KPIs

- Confidence providing constructive feedback and managing performance

- Solid customer service and stakeholder management skills

- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of operational costs
- A solid understanding of workplace health and safety and operational risk

- Excellent organisation and time-management skills

- Robust written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence using technology and business systems
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style

- Experience within pest control, hygiene, field services, trades or another mobile workforce environment would be highly regarded
