About the role

As Operations Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Juju's Deli. You'll be responsible for ensuring all areas of the business operate efficiently, whilst maintaining customer service and operational excellence. Working closely with the owner, you will lead diverse teams, strengthen operational systems and procedures, manage business performance and identify opportunities for continued improvement and growth.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of each store

- Develop and implement systems, procedures and clear management structure

- Recruit and train staff

- Manage, lead and motivate staff

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and business performance

About you

- Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or senior management role within hospitality
- A natural leader who has initiative and drive

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Organised, proactive and adaptable

- Strong problem-solving skills
