Service Coordinator / Team Leader Full-time | 38 hours per week
Lead one of our largest services, licensed for 146 children, with the support of an experienced team and a fantastic school community.
The role includes:
38 hour permanent position
Split shifts (3 mornings, 5 afternoons)
Generous administration and programming time
Leading and mentoring a well-established team
Building strong partnerships with children, families and the school
Working in a modern, purpose-designed OSHC environment
Austral Public School
Head of K-2 Program Be part of an exciting new chapter as the school moves into its newly renovated facilities.
This leadership role focuses on creating engaging experiences for Kindergarten to Year 2 children while mentoring educators within your age group.
We're looking for educators who:
Have demonstrated leadership experience within OSHC, education or children's services
Understand the My Time,
Our Place framework and how to translate it into engaging programs
Can confidently lead, mentor and support a team
Build genuine relationships with children, families and school staff
Are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Are available for all afternoon shifts required for their role
