We're working with a well-established defendant law firm in Perth that's known for its quality work, supportive culture and down-to-earth approach.

With the team continuing to grow, they're looking for a Paralegal, Law Clerk or Junior Solicitor to join their welcoming team.

You'll work closely with experienced senior lawyers across a range of defendant insurance matters, primarily CTP and other personal injury claims.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting senior lawyers with managing CTP and personal injury matters
- Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
- Preparing files, conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Liaising with clients, insurers and other parties
- Keeping matters organised and running smoothly

About You

Ideally,



you'll have some experience as a Paralegal, Law Clerk or Junior Solicitor, preferably within defendant insurance or civil litigation.

However, if you're working in another area of law and keen to move into insurance, we'd still love to hear from you! More importantly, you'll need to be organised, have a great eye for detail, enjoy working with others and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
