A career Paralegal position has become available within a highly regarded national Law firm based in Sydney CBD. This role will see you supporting highly regarded Partners within Wills and Estates. This varied role will see you responsible for a range of tasks across estate planning, estate litigation and estate administration work in a supportive team environment.

Each day will be interesting and diverse, with responsibilities including:

- Drafting wills and estate planning documents
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Assist with estate administration
- Prepare trust and company documents
- Conduct legal reseach

Requirements:

To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Paralegal or Legal Assistant role within Wills and Estates
- The ability to work full time, this is a career Paralegal role
- Strict attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong drafting skills and experience with PEXA
