About the role

We are offering a Full-time Parts Assistant position.

This is a customer service focused position.

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Face to face customer service.

- Customer service via email and phone.

- Parts interpretation via parts manuals.

- Stores and inventory work

- Assist with other duties as required.

About You:

- Mechanical knowledge and/or experience preferred.

- Good communication skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Good computer skills.

- Punctual.

- Ability to take on current information and carry out work to a high standard.

- Ability to thrive and handle pressure in a busy environment.

- Excellent oral, written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills.





- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
