EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A SMALL LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS

Falcon Auto Centre is a small locally established business. Based in Falcon Mandurah, we are now looking to add a new enthusiastic and customer focussed service advisor / store person to our small team!

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will pay a key role in delivering an exceptional experience, building lasting relationships and supporting our workshop to operate efficiently and professionally.

HOURS

- Full-time position

- Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

- Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Providing outstanding customer service from check in to hand over

- Managing daily service bookings and communicating repair timelines

- Coordinating with workshop / store manager

- Preparing job cards, repair orders and quotes

- Receiving, checking and processing incoming and outgoing stock

- Maintaining accurate inventory stock records





- Professionally resolve customer concerns and support high satisfaction levels.

- Driver's licence is a must

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in a similar role is preferred

- Robust communication skills

- Strong time management and organisation skills

- Professional and friendly individual
- A commitment to providing a premium customer service

- Comfortable working independently

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of workload

- Automotive knowledge and experience is preferred
