Your new Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end payroll services across a complex workforce. Working within a supportive and high-performing payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, legislative compliance and exceptional stakeholder service.

Key responsibilities will include

End-to-end payroll processing across a large, multi-site workforce

Managing payroll variations including leave, allowances, deductions, terminations and employee lifecycle changes

Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation and relevant industrial instruments

Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements

Completing payroll reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements

Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries

Building robust relationships with internal stakeholders and providing expert payroll advice

Contributing to payroll process improvements and system efficiencies

What you'll need to succeed





Extensive end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation

Experience managing high-volume payrolls across complex environments

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, taxation and superannuation

Proven experience interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements

Advanced reconciliation and problem-solving skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive and customer-focused approach to payroll delivery
