Autoleague is one of Australia’s largest automotive groups, with a national footprint and a quick-paced, people-focused culture. This role can be based from either our Perth or Melbourne office, so we’re open to great payroll talent on either side of the country.
We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our team and help deliver accurate and timely payroll across our large and diverse workforce.
What you’ll be doing
- End-to-end payroll processing and administration
- Maintaining accurate employee and payroll data
- Payroll reconciliations, reporting and general payroll support
- Working across Chris21 and our integrated HRIS
- Using Excel to manage, reconcile and analyse payroll data
- Working closely with our Payroll and People & Culture teams
What we’re looking for
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is highly accurate, organised and has great attention to detail.
You’ll also bring
- Strong Excel skills
- Payroll experience, ideally within a busy environment
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Chris21 experience would be a big plus, but isn’t essential. We can train the right person.
