We are seeking passionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our dynamic team based in Elsternwick, VIC. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in providing personalised, in-home care and support to clients with a range of disabilities and care needs.

What You'll Need (The Must-Haves):

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver/Support Worker for people with disabilities.

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Full working rights in Australia.

What We'd Love to See (The Nice-to-Haves):

- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

- Manual Handling certification (or demonstrated experience).
