Ideatory is seeking an accomplished Lead Pega System Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) with extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Pega Infinity.
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Pega case management, workflows, business rules, data modelling, background processing, debugging and performance optimisation.
3. Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using traditional UI architecture, Cosmos and/or Constellation. Experience with Pega Infinity 25.x is highly desirable.
4. Robust solution architecture and technical design skills, with the ability to develop scalable, secure, maintainable and reusable solutions aligned with Pega best practices and guardrails.
5. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, authentication mechanisms and integration patterns for connecting Pega with external systems.
6. Demonstrated technical leadership in guiding development teams, conducting design and code reviews, resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring delivery quality.
7. Experience with Pega DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment,



performance tuning and production troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot, optimise and maintain existing Pega applications.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, testers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to solution design, technical documentation and code reviews.

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Pega Developer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform and Pega development.
- Knowledge of case management, workflows, decision rules and integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integration.
- Understanding of Pega architecture, performance optimisation and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Pega certifications will be highly regarded.
