Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team at Warnervale Chemist Care. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting quality healthcare services, and contributing to positive health outcomes for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Front of shop sales
· Provide friendly, professional customer service
· Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management
· Support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including administrative tasks and deliveries if required
· Taking in and handing out prescription medication
· Adhere to pharmacy policies, procedures and safety regulations
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with good product knowledge
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance
· Comfortable using point-of-sale systems
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
