Role:

TerryWhite Chemmart Matraville is seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician that can confidently support a busy community pharmacy dispensary.

This is a full-time role working 5 days per week on a Wednesday to Sunday roster working the set hours 8am - 5pm.

Only candidates that can work this roster should apply as this is a fixed schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Providing excellent customer service and pharmacy advice
- Supporting the Pharmacist performing tasks in the dispensary
- Preparing and managing dose administration aids, including Webster-paks
- Managing stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Receiving goods and replenishing the dispensary and shop floor

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community pharmacy, including demonstrated dispensary technician experience.
- Proficiency in Fred Dispense Plus, Light, Webstercare and pharmacy ordering platforms.
- Strong knowledge of dispensing procedures, PBS requirements, prescription processing and electronic prescriptions.




- Ability to accurately and efficiently prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Experience preparing and managing dose administration aids, including Webster-paks.
- Strong dispensary stock management skills, including ordering, stock rotation, expiry monitoring and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage a busy dispensary workflow with minimal direction, within the technician’s scope.
- Professional communication skills when working with patients, pharmacists, prescribers and suppliers.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and pharmacy procedures.
- Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Highly regarded:

- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy or relevant dispensary training.
- Experience with automated dispensing systems, including CONSIS-C
