/n As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving. /n You'll work closely with branch colleagues, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, providing product advice and identifying opportunities to grow sales. /n This is a fast-paced role where strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key to success. /n Your Day Will Include /n /n

- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

/n

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

/n

- Providing product information, pricing and quotations

/n

- Following up quotations and customer enquiries

/n

- Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers

/n

- Promoting new products, specials and business solutions

/n

- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Working collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales goals

/n Qualifications/n
