Community Physiotherapist
Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible schedule | Mobile Community Role
Looking for a physio role with flexibility, autonomy, and a caseload that actually feels meaningful?
We’re looking for a Community Physiotherapist to join our growing team in a role that can be structured from part-time through to full-time.
This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to get out of the clinic, work more independently, build genuine client relationships, and be part of a business that values both high-quality care and support for its team.
You’ll work across a community caseload, helping clients improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life — with the backing of a supportive leadership team and robust admin support behind you.
Why this role stands out
- Flexible part-time to full-time structure
- Community-based work with autonomy and variety (Aged Care and NDIS)
- Supportive and responsive leadership
- Strong admin backing so you can focus on clinical work
- Meaningful, person-centred caseload
- Opportunity to grow your role and shape your week
- Positive team culture with genuine collaboration
- Competitive remuneration based on experience
About the role
As our Community Physiotherapist, you will provide mobile physiotherapy services to clients across home and community settings. You’ll manage a varied caseload and deliver practical, functional therapy that makes a real difference. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and thrives on building solid rapport with clients, families,
and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy assessments, treatment, reviews, and recommendations in community settings
- Support clients to improve mobility, function, independence, and safety
- Work with a varied caseload across community-based services
- Provide tailored interventions that are practical, outcomes-focused, and client-centred
- Communicate effectively with families, support coordinators, care teams, and other stakeholders
- Complete clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and reports
- Manage your diary effectively while working autonomously in the community
What we’re looking for
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- A clinician who is confident, personable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care in the community
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Who this role would suit
This role would be a great fit for a physio who:
- wants more flexibility in how they structure their week
- enjoys community work and building long-term client relationships
- prefers autonomy but still wants strong team support
- is looking for a role that can start part-time and build into full-time
- wants meaningful work with real impact, not just back-to-back appointments in a clinic room
