- Role: Senior / Mid-Senior Physiotherapist – Private Practice (Subcontractor)

About the Role - Senior/Mid-Senior physiotherapist position with room for career advancement - Work in amusculoskeletal private practice with a caseload including Medicare and WorkCover patients - 3–4 days per week: Monday, Thursday, Saturday (+ optional Friday) - Start date: Approximately 2 weeks after successful interview - Location: Orchard Hills / Kingswood NSW 2748 Pay Structure (Subcontracting Only)



You may choose between two subcontracting payment models:

- Commission-Based Model - 40%–45% of total revenue generated, including product sales - Guaranteed Hourly Model - $60–$65 per hour, fixed rate - No commission What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a private practice musculoskeletal setting - Strong experience treating Medicare and WorkCover patients - Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills - Ability to work independently and contribute positively to clinic culture Mandatory Requirements - Current CPR & First Aid certifications - Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Module - Own qualified indemnity and public liability insurance (minimum $20M coverage) - Eligibility to work as a subcontractor - AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist)
