We have an established caseload of NDIS and aged care clients ready for allocation, with immediate starts available.

Whether you're looking for a few extra clients each week or a larger ongoing caseload, we offer the flexibility to work around your lifestyle and commitments.

About the RoleYou'll provide community-based physiotherapy to clients in their homes and local environments.

Our caseload includes

- NDIS participants and disability rehabilitation
- Aged care and older adults




- Neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
- Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
- Strength, mobility and functional rehabilitation
- Post-hospital rehabilitation

You'll independently manage your clinical caseload while working collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals. Current Service AreasSouth Western Sydney: Liverpool, Fairfield, Revesby, Panania, Peakhurst, Chester Hill and Birrong.

Western Sydney: Parramatta, Merrylands, Blacktown and Penrith.

You do not need to cover every suburb. We aim to allocate clients based on your preferred locations and availability.

About YouWe're looking for physiotherapists who:

- Hold current AHPRA registration
- Have an ABN or ACN and appropriate professional insurance
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Have current NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Checks
- Are confident working independently in community settings
- Are reliable, organised and passionate about delivering quality physiotherapy

Experience in NDIS, aged care or community physiotherapy is highly regarded, although physiotherapists with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
