Jason Signmakers is looking for a reliable and motivated Pick Packer to join our warehouse team in Welshpool.
This is a hands-on role where accuracy matters. You’ll help make sure materials and finished products are picked, packed, checked and ready to go where they need to go, safely and on time. If you’re organised, physically fit, enjoy working as part of a team and like finishing the day knowing you’ve got things done, we’d love to hear from you.
Your day will include:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Checking Sales Orders to make sure the right products and quantities are ready for despatch
- Preparing goods for transport
- Using our ERP systems to process orders
- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
- Assisting with stock replenishment and stocktakes
- Helping maintain accurate stock locations
- Loading and unloading goods where required
- Carrying out general warehouse and housekeeping duties
- Working closely with our warehouse, despatch and production teams
- Following Jason’s safety procedures and taking an active role in keeping yourself and your teammates safe
You'll be someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Has strong attention to detail and can pick accurately
- Is comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
- Can safely undertake repetitive manual handling
- Works well as part of a team
- Can follow instructions while also using common sense
- Has good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Understands that a clean and organised warehouse is a safe warehouse
- Is comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
Previous pick packing, warehousing, despatch or storeperson experience will be highly regarded. A current LF Forklift Licence would also be advantageous.
