Hays is currently recruiting experienced Pick Packers for a range of established warehouse and logistics businesses across Sydney. Due to continued demand, we are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates with previous warehouse experience to join busy, quick-paced teams.

Your new role

As a Pick Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining a high standard of productivity and safety.

Your duties will include

- Picking and packing customer orders

- Using RF scanners to locate and process stock

- Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch

- Stock replenishment and movement

- Receiving and dispatching goods

- Manual handling

- General warehouse duties

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for these positions, you will need:

- Previous pick packing experience

- Previous experience using an RF scanner





- Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to complete manual handling duties

- Full Australian working rights
