Synergie Australia is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Pick Packers, High Reach Forklift Operators and LO Order Pickers to join a well-known global fashion retailer's distribution centre in Marsden Park. With multiple positions available across various warehouse departments, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing casual work within a large, fast-paced distribution environment.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work across different warehouse sections, with cross-training provided to develop additional skills and experience.
What's on Offer?
- Pick Packers: $34.52 per hour, increasing to $36.53 per hour following a 3-month rate review.
- High Reach Forklift Operators (LF): $37.97 per hour.
- LO Order Picker Operators: $43.41 per hour.
- Monday to Friday roster.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and assigned department, duties may include:
- RF scanning and accurately picking orders.
- Picking and packing retail clothing, footwear and accessories.
- Replenishing stock across warehouse locations.
- Operating high reach forklifts or LO order pickers where required.
- Sorting, labelling and preparing stock for dispatch.
- Palletising and wrapping orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
About You
To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate:
- Previous warehouse, pick packing or distribution experience.
- RF scanning experience highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A reliable and punctual approach to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
- Reliable transport to and from Marsden Park.
Additional Requirements for Licensed Operators:
- LF Operators: Current and valid LF Forklift Licence with previous high reach operating experience.
- LO Operators: Current and valid LO Order Picker Licence with previous operating experience.
Candidates holding valid LF or LO licences will be highly desirable, with competitive hourly rates available for experienced operators.
Physical Requirements
The roles may involve extended periods of standing and walking, repetitive bending and reaching, and manual handling of cartons weighing up to 20kg. Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing the requirements of their assigned role.
