Gentle Dental Ballard is hiring a full time Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and options based on the proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the final result while building trust and ensuring satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, solid computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and the ability to present treatment plans clearly.
