Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 4:30pm (10 hours paid per day)
- Saturday: 6:00am to 12:00pm (6 hours when required, preferably each week)

Seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Pipe Fitter for a short-term workshop contract involving stainless steel pipe spooling.

The work will involve fitting and preparing stainless steel pipe ranging from 25NB to 100NB. Duties include cutting pipe to length, cleaning fittings, preparing components and tacking pipe butts together for fabrication.

No welding is required. The successful candidate must be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and have the ability to work independently in a workshop workplace.

Requirements:

- Australian Certificate III trade qualification in Pipe Fitting
- Experience with stainless steel pipework




- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with pipe spooling packages
- Familiarity with pipe sizes from 25NB to 100NB
- Ability to cut pipe, prepare fittings and tack components together

Additional Information:

- 4 to 6 weeks of work
- 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday are essential
- Saturday work from 6:00am to 12:00pm preferred, but not essential every week
- No welding or weld test required
- Suitable candidates can be submitted directly for client interview, with potential to commence the following day
