Pluto Pizza is a new pizzeria in West Lakes, open since September and growing quick. We’re looking for a skilled pizza chef to join our kitchen full time and help shape the menu as we build.

About the role

This is a full time position of 38 hours per week across our trading days. Opening hours are Wednesday to Sunday, in a busy, team focused kitchen.

About you

We’d love you to have experience in:

- Kitchen prep and stock organisation

- Dough handling, including mixing, balling, proofing and fermentation

- Running a wood fired oven, managing fire, heat and timing

You’ll also be
- Calm and reliable under pressure

- Clean and organised with high food safety standards

- Available for evenings and weekends

What we offer

- Full time, 38 hours per week

- Pay rate 60,000 - 70,000
