About the role

Join our kitchen team as a casual Pizza Chef, preparing and presenting quality pizzas for resort guests in a fast-paced service environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced team of chefs and support consistent, efficient service across busy trading periods. This role suits a hands-on chef who enjoys pizza production, takes pride in presentation and can stay organised under pressure.

Duties

- Prepare, cook and present pizzas consistently to recipe and quality standards

- Prepare and portion ingredients and ensure everything is ready for service

- Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods

- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards





- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and food & beverage team

Skills & experience

- Demonstrated pizza-making or relevant chef experience in a busy kitchen

- Confidence working independently on a pizza section during service

- Good knowledge of food safety, preparation and kitchen hygiene

- Ability to work efficiently, consistently and calmly under pressure

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
