Newlands Group operates a modern fleet of the latest CAT track loaders and is seeking an experienced Posi Track Operator to join our growing team.

This role involves precision final trim work and gravel placement for carparks and road construction projects. You will bring a strong understanding of compaction requirements and optimum moisture content for asphalt, bitumen, and concrete finishes. This is a great opportunity to work across a variety of diverse, exciting infrastructure and civil projects across regional Queensland in a supportive, professional, and safety-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven final trim experience (Essential)
- Experience using GPS and UTS systems (Essential)
- Experience in trenching, service installation, pipework, and gravel placement
- Skid Steer (LS) ticket (Essential)
- White Card (Essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence (Essential); HR licence (Desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
