Giglio's Fresh Chickens is seeking an experienced Poultry Factory Supervisor to work alongside the business owner and share responsibility for daily factory operations. Our operation employs approximately 20 staff and processes around 11,000 chickens over two production days.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, production scheduling, evisceration, cutting, filleting, portioning, packing, dispatch, quality control, yields, wastage and food safety.
Requirements: Hands-on Australian poultry processing experience, knowledge of chicken processing, previous staff supervision experience, HACCP and food safety knowledge, and robust leadership skills.
We offer a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience. Indicative salary $75,000–$85,000 plus superannuation, subject to applicable employment conditions.
