Group in Western Australia is seeking a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will deliver trauma-informed care, help build resilience, encourage independence, and empower youth to reach their full potential in a safe, supportive environment.

You’ll work with the Outstanding Southern WA team, follow individual care plans, collaborate with carers, and participate in screening processes.
