We're looking for experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join our team. If you love delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Section Waiter, you'll take ownership of your section, delivering warm, attentive service while creating genuine connections with our guests. Working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from arrival through to farewell.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage your own section while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
- Build genuine rapport with guests and confidently guide them through our menu and beverage offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth, effective service.




- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Uphold Hellenika's service standards and commitment to hospitality excellence.

About You

You're passionate about hospitality, love looking after people and take pride in delivering memorable dining experiences.

- Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant.
- A warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong team-first mindset.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
- A current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full Australian working rights.
