An award-winning Eastern Suburbs real estate agency is seeking an experienced Prestige Leasing Consultant to join its highly regarded property management division.

Recognised as a leading office within its franchise network and local market, the agency has built an exceptional reputation for service, results and long-standing client relationships.

You will take ownership of a high-end residential leasing portfolio, working directly with landlords and prospective tenants across some of Sydney's most desirable properties.

Your responsibilities will include managing rental enquiries, conducting open homes and private inspections, processing applications, negotiating lease terms and securing quality tenants.

You will also provide expert advice on rental pricing and market conditions,



manage landlord expectations and ensure properties are leased efficiently while delivering an exceptional standard of service.

The position offers a $90,000 package plus an attractive commission structure that rewards robust leasing performance.

At least one year of residential leasing experience is required.

A current NSW Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence are required.

Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs rental market will be well regarded.
